Unfortunately, we can’t know the ins-and-outs of 1,000+ platforms well enough to do that. We recommend our clients work directly with the software provider for onboarding (ex: Quickbooks, AirCall). Lead Love’s role is to recommend tools that will integrate successfully, and then ensure the data flow in/out of HubSpot is correct.

Visit the HubSpot app marketplace and search the name of the tool. If it’s not there, try Google and Zapier searches. If you don’t find it within those three searches, consider contacting Lead Love. We’ll see if we can find it, and/or let you know if a custom integration is possible.

It depends. Some codeless integration apps are simple to set up (ex: Zoom). For others, non-technical users usually want support (ex: AirCall). If you think you can do it, give it a try. Our advice is to just use a sandbox environment, or create + sync some test records.
